A DTG Printer is a machine build or modifies to print on garments of any color including the most popular black and darks. All decals and t-shirts are made to order unless otherwise specified. This means that Custom orders (your company/business, schools, fundraising, etc.) can take 5-10 days for production and be ship out.

KingdomTshirt ships to all states within the U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Also accept International orders from Australia, Canada, France, Italy, United Kingdom. DTG Printers are ship after any payment has been cleared. The tracking number will be provided by DHL and can take 1-2 weeks depending on the situation as COVID-19 continues. We usually ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via USPS. If you place an order on Monday after 3 pm, it will most likely not ship until Wednesday and so on. We always do our best to get orders shipped promptly, but we do not ship Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays. Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order, we cannot group two distinct orders once order placed. Is that the case, unfortunately, shipping fees will apply to each of them. These instructions allow you to apply a decal sticker easy to your car, laptop, notebook, wall, any surface, etc. (1) Make sure the transfer paper is adhered to the decal, just simply peel a little and see if is coming off. (2) Clean and dry the desired area. Decals will stick best to clean smooth surfaces. (3) Remove the backing paper slowly making sure the decal stays adhered to the transfer paper. (4) Carefully position the decal to the desired area. Once the decal sticks it will be nearly impossible to re-position without damage the decal. Rub the decal from one side to other, eliminating any air bubbles. (5) Use a hard edge like a credit card to make sure the entire decal fully adheres to the surface. (6) SLOWLY remove the transfer paper. Make sure no part of the decal remains on the transfer paper. (7) DONE! --> Check for air bubbles. In most cases, air bubbles can be worked to the edge of the decal, but if not, a pinhole will allow the air out and become virtually invisible. All sales are final. We cannot provide refunds or returns because of the nature of the items are custom/modified items, made to order or specific modified /build like our DTG Printers. 1. DTG Printers: We do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final for DTG Printers, custom/modified items, cut, printed, created, modified, build, and made for you. Even when the item has been ship out, we do not offer refunds or accept returns because of the shipping cost by sending a heavy item. Once the machine gets deliver is the buyer's responsibility to follow all the instructions and agreed to learn to operate the machine. We do not offer a guarantee on the machine since the item is custom/modified or build and lose any guarantee by Epson. Decals: Once an image has been cut into vinyl, we are unable to reuse the material to produce another decal. For that reason alone we offer no refunds on decals. The same is for heat press garments. All designs that are displayed on Kingdom Tshirt are copies of the exact file that we use to cut. 3. T-shirts: Once an image has been print into a t-shirt, we are unable to reuse the material to produce another t-shirt. For that reason alone we offer no refunds on t-shirts. If it is a custom order that we are doing, we send the customer a proof image of the final project before printing or cutting. The image is never print or cut until the final image has been Ok by the customer. Kingdom Tshirt is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer (YOU), it will be your responsibility to pay for the re-creation of the order. If the mistake is OURS, we will re-make the order as originally agreed.
